Our returns policy covers all products purchased on the website for a minimum period of 15 days. For certain products, we offer extended coverage up to a period of 30 days from the time of delivery.
Since our returns policy is vendor specific, the information is displayed on the product page. For faulty or defective products, with adequate proof, based on the discretion of the vendor, refunds may be issued up to 30 days since the time of delivery.
Beyond 30 days post purchase, products will not be eligible for a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some non-returnable items: Gift cards, digital goods. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once you initiate a refund request, we will send further information and details about where to ship the item to. Your refunds will be processed as soon as our vendor receives and verifies the condition of the item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund after 15 days of shipping the item to the vendor, contact us and we'll provide details about the status of the refund. Sometimes due to banking delays, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Order Cancellations Some of our vendors process the orders as soon as they're placed and since the entire process is automated, in certain cases order cancellations may not be feasible. However, all our products are covered by 100% refunds within 15 days of delivery. Just contact us and we'll send details about how to ship the item back to the vendor. Once your item is received by the vendor, we'll process the refund.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we send via email. In certain cases, we may issue a return label, which you may use to ship the product to the vendor. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
